TRAVORS is a partnership with complementary skills and international reach.

TRAVORS was developed by a partnership that involves both rehabilitation and education organisations in different regions of Europe: Greece, Estonia, Spain and the UK. The partners have complementary skills in education, rehabilitation, research, consultation, ICT, training and management and represent Government, Education, NGOs and the Private sectors.

 RNL Rehabilitation Network Ltd from United Kingdom

RNL is a specialist provider of services for the employment of disabled people. Working with a national network of psychologists, therapists and vocational rehabilitation specialists, it provides a range of services, including training for personal employment advisors of disabled people, and for rehabilitation consultants in public services; provision of job-retention and job-seeking services to clients of insurance companies, employers and employee assistance programmes; provision of consultancy on return to work services, with policy and organisational advice. RNL takes the role of co-ordinating the partnership and is active in all aspects of the project.

DWP Welfare & Wellbeing Group, Occupational Psychology Service is concerned with all aspects of policy and practice concerning the employment and health of the working population in the UK. In the TRAVORS partnership its principal role is to study and propose good training methodologies, and act as evaluator of the project results and products.

 e-ISOTIS INFORMATION SOCIETY OPEN TO IMPAIRMENTS from Greece

e-ISOTIS is non profit organisation based in Greece and in Brussels. It promotes independent living and quality of life for disabled and elderly people and has a large network of stakeholders in disability and elderly people. e-ISOTIS co-operates closely with National Associations of people with disabilities and elderly people, as well as with universities, ICT companies and public authorities in many European countries. The organisation via its umbrella association has links to more than 360,000 people with disabilities and elderly. e-ISOTIS operates the only e-learning platform that is fully accessible, and is involved in online accessible games for training in basic skills. In the TRAVORS partnership e-ISOTIS is leading the development of the consultation methods with users, and providing important contributions to the development of the training and ICT tools.

 IDEC from Greece

IDEC is a consulting company based in Piraeus, which is the port of Athens. It was founded in 1994 by SME consultants with a huge experience in training and industry and it aims at providing its clients with a wide range of support services.IDEC’s main activities are: management consulting, project management- project evaluation, internet applications, software and multimedia development. IDEC is certified to ISO 9001 standard. Clients of IDEC are both SMEs and the bigger Greek companies mostly in the textile, clothing and food sectors, Entrepreneurs’s Associations, Co-operatives, Universities, Chambers of Commerce / Industry, Trade Unions, Public organisations IDEC’s role in the TRAVORS partnership is to lead the project team on the development of ICT tools and to transfer and trial the training in Greece.

 KARRIERE CLUB from Austria

Karriere Club is an independent service centre that acts as a trusted advisor to its clients providing a full range of career management, development, and training programmes. Its main activities are: single consultation, trainings and workshops / curricula, personnel consultation, personnel and organisational development, fund consultation, test development, project management, research and development international projects. In the TRAVORS partnership Karriere Club will transfer and trial the training in Austria.

 VFA  Ltd VALTER FISSAMBER AND ASSOCIATES LTD from Greece

VFA is a consultancy firm established in Athens in 1994. Its main expertise lies mainly on planning, evaluation and implementation of employment and social inclusion policies. The firm has provided its services to the European Commission, the Greek government and major NGOs. In the TRAVORS partnership, VFA is leading the evaluation of the project management, and providing important contributions to the management process and to the valorisation activities.

 IFI Instituto de Formación Integral, S.L.U.  from Spain

IFI offers more than two hundred training courses per year, addressed to enterprises, employers associations, trade unions, in the whole of Spain. IFI has expertise in planning and managing vocational education and training, operating mainly in non regulated, continuous and occupational vocational training: IFI has successfully developed and managed training plans for companies and groups and has given occupational training courses with the public employment service and autonomous and local administrations. IFI is participating in all parts of the programme, leading the Spanish element of the transfer and adaptation of training, and to the ICT e-learning work package, also contributing to the valorisation work packages.

 PÄRNU COLLEGE OF TARTU UNIVERSITY from Estonia

Pärnu College is the first college of Estonia’s oldest and largest university, the University of Tartu, established in 1632. Pärnu College has grown to provide innovative programs and highly qualified courses that meet the current needs of society. The main areas of research and training are regional economy and structural policy, tourism destination management and social services. Pärnu College’s role in the TRAVORS partnership includes the transfer, development and testing of the training programme in Estonia and the development of the ICT tools. Pärnu College will use its position as a part of the University of Tartu and its links with rehabilitation and employment service providers to disseminate information about the project and will contribute to the exploitation of the project results in the future.
